Due to the contagiousness of the new variant, individual contact tracing for close contacts will be replaced with group-tracing and notification. If a positive case is identified in your child's class, the whole class will be notified. Students who may have been exposed can continue to come to school but should test within 3-5 days and stay home and notify the school if positive or if symptoms develop.
We continue to work with FCDPH to closely monitor patterns of illness and will take appropriate measures to close classrooms when necessary to keep our staff and students safe.
- As mandated by the California Department of Public Health, wearing masks is required for indoor activities in schools. For detailed information, click here.
New guidelines for isolation and quarantine have been developed and put into practice by our District.
